One Day To Greatness With Jack Canfield

Live Stream of One Day To Greatness with Jack Canfield

Today I’d like to give you an idea of what a day of transformation with Jack FEELS like – by introducing you to some of the lessons we covered in my powerful one-day workshop!

If you were able to join him at one of the live events, let this email serve as a quick (but powerful) refresher of our time together.

During One Day to Greatness, I introduced participants to my most powerful Success Principles while walking them through a series of experiential activities that help them make immediate shifts to their mindset and behaviour which allow them to get better results in life.

Here are just a few of the concepts I shared with them:

1. “ACT AS IF”
In order to achieve a goal, you must become the kind of person who is capable of achieving that goal. And one of the best ways to do that is to act “as if” you are ALREADY that person.

Think about it like this…

How will achieving that goal impact you on a personal and professional level? What important knowledge, skills, and experience will you have gained? What will your mindset and behaviour be like? What new habits will you have formed in order to achieve your goal, and how will you act?

Get clear on these answers and then show up in the world as if you already are that person – and the universe will respond to you in kind, giving you the opportunities and resources you need to make your vision a reality.

2. “GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE”
You’ve probably heard my famous quote, “Everything you’ve ever wanted is just beyond your comfort zone.”

It’s true – in order to become who you need to be to achieve your goals, you have to leave your comfort zone and take on challenges you’ve never experienced. How can you make this process easier for yourself? By getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Say “yes” to opportunities you normally pass on. Take risks. Do something that scares you. The more comfortable you get at leaping into the unknown, the more new skills and experiences you’ll acquire and the greater your self-esteem will become.

3. “FROM ‘I CAN’T’ INTO ‘I WON’T'”
“I can’t” are the most disempowering words in the English language. All too often we limit ourselves by saying we “can’t” do certain things:

  • I can’t quit my job
  • I can’t go back to school
  • I can’t get a loan
  • I can’t write a bestselling book
  • I can’t lose weight
  • I can’t forgive my ex

But nearly all of those “I can’t” statements are false! The truth is, you WON’T do those things – because you don’t want to put in the time or effort, or because they are simply not a priority to you at this time.

So every time you find yourself saying you “can’t do” something, consciously transform it into an “I won’t” statement instead. You’ll be amazed at how empowering it feels.

The 3 examples above are just a small sampling of the life-changing mindset and behaviour lessons you learn during a full-day workshop with me. And of course the workshop includes experiential activities that allow you to start implementing these lessons in your life right away.

Because you weren’t able to experience these examples in person, I’d like to share one additional concept with you that Jack shared with participants during One Day to Greatness, which is called The 3 M’s.

The 3 M’s stand for: Mindset, Meditation, and Mastermind.

Most of us don’t take the time to focus on these 3 very important concepts in our everyday lives. We think they don’t make as much difference as taking action for example, or writing out our goals. But the 3 M’s are absolutely vital parts to achieving success.

Jack attribute much of my success to having a positive mindset, a meditation practice, and being part of a Mastermind Group.

So take some time to digest this information, and then start utilizing the power of the 3 M’s in your life.

I KNOW it will make a huge difference as you continue to create the life of your dreams.
